Commercient gets the SYSPRO data to our sales team as quickly as possible. So they’re armed with information when they’re looking at leads and opportunities in Salesforce.
We had an odd ERP system, and Commercient were one of the few that were able to really support it well.
The sales guys on the US side were so impressed with how we’ve been doing this that now our Netherlands office wants the same sort of feel and the same efficiency on their team.
We have inventory, buy/sell pricing, and customer details all synced over to Salesforce.. so Commercient definitely helps us.

Very close to a successful outcome

The customer support has been pretty good. It has been over 2 years trying to get this to work in our system, and we are finally getting close to having it the way we need it.
