Commercient gets the SYSPRO data to our sales team as quickly as possible. So they’re armed with information when they’re looking at leads and opportunities in Salesforce.
We had an odd ERP system, and Commercient were one of the few that were able to really support it well.
The sales guys on the US side were so impressed with how we’ve been doing this that now our Netherlands office wants the same sort of feel and the same efficiency on their team.
We have inventory, buy/sell pricing, and customer details all synced over to Salesforce.. so Commercient definitely helps us.

We sought a solution to sync data from Epicor Prophet 21 to Zoho CRM and found our answer in Commercient. The setup process, led by Matt Fischer, was straightforward and trouble-free, and we've been enjoying seamless data synchronization for about 8 months now. I would highly recommend Commercient since it has significantly improved our internal sales team's accessibility to order information on the go.

Before partnering with Commercient, we were juggling two different systems to manage our business - INFOR for ERP and ZOHO for CRM. Commercient seamlessly linked these systems, improving our reporting efficiency and providing greater visibility for our sales team.

ERP Sync review
It has worked great for many years and have used it for at least 8 years. This works in the background and updates our CRM daily. Allows us to not do double entry of data. We are able to bring in inventory data along with product information easily to our CRM.

We migrated from Sage 100 to X3 in 2018. Commercient has been instrumental to merging data from X3 to Salesforce. We've built detailed sales reports and living dashboards so our sales team can keep track of order entry, purchase orders, invoices, payments, and commissions.
