Customers are required to take backups of their ERP and CRM before, and during the process of adjusting the SYNC so as to avoid any unforeseen issues and as part of good practices. The downstream effects of reSYNCing and reconfiguration of the SYNC with regards to standard objects, deletes, triggers, process builder workflows, workflows, and custom SYNC routines the customer has requested Commercient to make must be evaluated carefully by the customer before they purchase this service and continue.
