This voucher is valid for support-related cases that include resyncs, adding of custom fields, etc. Limited to 1 case per voucher. Use Standard Support Voucher for up to 1-3 UDF/Custom Field/s.
You may also use this voucher for a SYNC frequency reconfiguration. This reconfiguration is to change the sync frequency of your system for one company. If you have multiple companies please make sure that you order multiple of these items (one per company). Our support team will contact you and perform a reconfiguration of the sync frequency on your system, they will verify that the sync is working smoothly at the new intervals. This is applicable to both on-premise and cloud ERP systems. This voucher is valid for 1 database instance.
