If you plan to upgrade or move your ERP system or server, please make sure you contact us at support@commercient.com and plan your upgrade so that it runs smoothly. Some ERPs use the SQL Sync from Commercient, not the ODBC or API Sync. For example, with Epicor 10, Syspro, and some Sage systems we are required to uninstall the Commercient SQL Sync software before the ERP is upgraded and to reinstall it afterward.
Please provide us with 2 weeks’ advance notice of any changes approximately two weeks prior to your upgrade schedule so we can ensure we are available to you before and after the upgrade is complete.
