Having moved from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Salesforce, and utilizing SYSPRO 6.1, Garrett Hatch, Director of Business Development, began searching for a solution to their integration needs.

In the past, Hatch Lighting sales reps had to log into a VPN to access data in SYSPRO ERP before and during interactions with a customer, which was time consuming and inconvenient. Thanks to Commercient SYNC, Hatch said, “[The reps] can go on their cell phones and look up year-to-date sales, up-to-date to the hour. They can see exactly the products [a customer has bought].”
“We’re able to more efficiently quote customers, and quote lead times,” Hatch noted. “Our sales guys are able to see more customers in a given week, I think that’s definitely helps.”
