Diverzify collaborated with Empower Partnerships to help digitally transform their processes, and switched from a previous ERP to IFS Applications. They utilize Salesforce Enterprise to manage opportunities, customers, leads, and more, plus replacing the use of spreadsheets and multiple apps.
After IFS was implemented, Empower Partnerships and Diverzify worked with Commercient to leverage SYNC, the #1 data integration platform for sales to connect data between their new ERP and Salesforce. They replaced a previous integration tool.
Diverzify can access IFS data in Salesforce Enterprise, including customer accounting records, order history, invoicing, item master, price levels, inventory, dispatch shipping records, AP Vendor, AP purchase order, pick ticket info/transport task, project data tables, project transaction, and more.
New and updated accounts, contacts, quotes, and project items, plus customized project, change order project, service contracts, time card, and job card created in Salesforce are SYNC’d to IFS, saving time.
“We don’t want the teams at Diverzify to have to double data enter anything,” explained Walker. “So all of the items they enter into Salesforce are SYNC’d over and situated specifically in the IFS application.”
