Challenge
Xperi needed a powerful CRM to manage opportunities, customers, and more across a large, global organization, and had built a strong Salesforce Enterprise implementation with coverage throughout the company. At the same time, the company relied on SYSPRO for finance and operations, but that data remained siloed from Salesforce, leaving a gap between the front-end communication sales teams had with customers and the back-end invoicing and accounting data that lived in the ERP.
Xperi began researching implementation specialists who could bring that data together.
Solution
Xperi chose Commercient SYNC, the number one data integration platform for sales, because of Commercient's direct experience connecting the same two systems Xperi relies on, SYSPRO and Salesforce. SYNC now brings customer information, accounting records, sales orders, invoicing, aging accounts, serial numbers invoiced, reporting, invoice PDFs, and custom tables from SYSPRO directly into Salesforce Enterprise, giving teams across the company access to that data without leaving the CRM.
By bringing the SYSPRO data into Salesforce, it connects the front-end initial communication from the customer, to the back-end invoice that gets generated.
Results
By bringing SYSPRO data into Salesforce, Xperi has connected the front-end initial communication from the customer to the back-end invoice that ultimately gets generated, giving the team a more tightly integrated view of the whole process. Xperi's teams can now access customer information, aging accounts, invoicing, and more directly inside Salesforce.
The company plans to keep working with Commercient to enhance the ERP and CRM sync further, supporting both current processes and new ones launching soon within Salesforce Enterprise.
Our team will have a more tightly integrated view of the whole process.
