Challenge
Before working with Commercient, SensoScientific's sales and finance teams tracked orders, customers, and account activity in Sage 100 without a direct link to Salesforce. That gap meant sales and finance often had to call each other just to check on details like when a customer last placed an order, adding extra steps and slowing the team down.
Solution
SensoScientific implemented Commercient to sync Sage 100 data with Salesforce and back again, connecting the two systems in both directions. Whenever the team needed something adjusted, such as a salesperson update or a field mapped differently, Commercient's team was quick to make the change.
Everything's been going pretty well. The few issues that we have had, we simply reached out, and it's been resolved pretty quickly. Our team's pretty happy with Commercient.
Results
With Sage 100 and Salesforce now syncing in both directions, SensoScientific's sales and finance teams no longer have to call each other to track orders, customers, or account activity, since that information flows automatically between systems. The synced data also reaches the production team correctly in Sage 100, and the process has been smooth and dependable since it was put in place, with any issues resolved quickly whenever they come up.
Everything syncs into Sage 100 for the production team to use properly, and everything's been pretty smooth in terms of the syncing.
