Part-Time: Web Content Manager
We’re seeking a savvy wordsmith to join our team. Candidates must have a knack for editing, a love for writing, and a comprehensive understanding of the software industry. The web content intern will be expected to maintain the company’s voice across all site content.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain editorial calendar
- Build and contribute to analytical projects to improve blog strategies/tactics
- Maintain SEO/Technical SEO of site
- Contribute to various content projects such as the creation of data sheets, emails, and newsletters
- Provide feedback and proofreading/editing other writer’s content

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business’ various types of content
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Minimum 1-year experience with data-driven SEO analysis
- Minimum 1-year experience with WordPress

Part-Time: Strategic Digital Media
The Digital Media Intern will enhance Commercient’s online presence by supporting strategic digital communication and marketing efforts. The primary responsibility of the intern will be maintaining all company social media accounts and assisting with other functions within the marketing department.
Interested applicants must have availability to work a 3-day schedule. This is a part-time position.
Minimum Requirements:
- Rising Junior, Senior or recent graduate from a Marketing or Communications degree program or related field.
- Preferred 6 months of related work experience. Social media, video creation and event planning preferred with references to accounts.
- Experience using Buffer or related social media management software.
- Certified in Google AdWords and Google Analytics or willing to obtain certification within 2 months of hire.
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
- Experience with Excel.
- Must have own laptop.
Essential Job Functions
- Content scheduling and management of all Twitter, FB, LinkedIn and Google+ accounts
- Aid in AdWords campaigns and Analytics reporting
- Generates SEO reports
- Assists with branding content and imagery development and selection
- Developing use cases and case studies to be used by the company
- Logistical company maintenance
- Event scheduling and outbound marketing duties as needed
Part-Time: Business Development Representative
The Bussiness Development Representative will enhance Commercient’s Partner presence by supporting strategic digital communication and marketing efforts. The primary responsibilities will be maintaining all current partner accounts and assisting with other functions within the marketing department.
Interested applicants must have availability to work a 3-day schedule. This is a part-time position.
Minimum Requirements:
- Rising Junior, Senior or recent graduate from a Marketing or Bussiness Managment degree program or related field.
- Preferred 6 months of related work experience. Social media, video creation and sales preferred with references to accounts.
- Experience using Excel software.
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.

- Calling current Partners to coordinate sales and support
- Calling on new companies after marketing campaigns
- Speaking with C-Level Executives
- Helping Coordinate with the Marketing Department
- Developing use cases and case studies to be used by the company
- Logistical company maintenance
