The Role – Commercient is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our staff here in Atlanta, GA (remote possible). The right person for this position has excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills, and a willingness to work as a team-player in order to meet customer needs in a quick and satisfactory manner.
Requirements
- 5+ years-experience in a customer service role working with clients and customer support to close out open issues, technical issues, and projects.
- Must be adept at managing clients expectations and confident in facilitating solutions on behalf of the client.
- Must be adept at liaising and managing clients and the support department’s open support tickets.
- Experience with coordinating open network issues, communication issues, ERP software issues, CRM software issues, CPQ software issues, and eCommerce issues.
