Commercient SYNC Integrates Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sage 100
When a business is utilizing an ERP and a CRM, the data is kept separate, and often times, one will have to switch between windows to access that split data. If you’re running Sage 100 ERP system and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, you will want to integrate that information, and that’s where Commercient SYNC comes in.
With SYNC, Sage 100 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are integrated, allowing you an easy and cost-effective way to monitor your company’s orders, customers, warehouses, inventory availability, finances and more. Your customer service and sales teams will have easy access to the Sage 100 data from the friendly Dynamics 365 CRM web browser, giving them the power to monitor Sage jobs, progress, financial information, materials requests, and more.
In addition, with SYNC, your sales team can quickly convert a new sale back to Sage via a Sales Order, Job, new product, or job with a Bill of Materials (BOM). SYNC will help increase efficiency by decreasing data duplication and lower manual work.
Unlike other, less polished tools, where you will have to manually perform coding, programming, or mapping, Commercient will handle all of this, giving you more time to focus on growing your business.
And because SYNC is cloud-based, you and your team can easily access data from Sage and Microsoft Dynamics 365 from anywhere you are located.
Commercient’s app is built specifically for Sage 100. We have done all the mapping for you, defined the data models, scheduled the sync to run at your desired frequency and to only sync the changes in data so as to be conservative with your API usage and to reduce costs.
We have built in a data matching and de-duplication tool so you can sync Sage 100 with existing data inside of Dynamics 365 CRM systems. Commercient syncs your Sage 100 UDF User Defined Fields. Commercient also writes new records such as Customers, Multi Ship To addresses, Contacts, Sales Orders, RMAs, Quotes and Jobs back to Sage 100 using the Sage API’s. Thus ensuring your system is updated safely using the approved Sage business objects.
